All your quotes, favorites, and settings are stored locally on your device using iOS UserDefaults and App Groups. The app works fully offline. This includes:

• Your favorite quotes and authors
• App settings (theme, colors, fonts)
• Widget preferences
• Custom quote collections

This data never leaves your device and is not accessible to us or any third parties.

Anonymous Usage Data

To help improve Quote4U, we collect anonymous usage data about how the app is used (for example, which features are used most often and basic technical information about the app version).

Data is only sent when it changes, such as after an app update or when feature usage changes significantly. This information cannot be used to identify you personally.

We do not collect personal identifiers, contact information, or any content of your quotes. Anonymous usage data is used solely to understand app performance and guide future improvements.

In-App Purchases

If you make an in-app purchase through the App Store, Apple processes the transaction. We do not receive or store any payment information. Apple's privacy policy applies to payment transactions.

Widget Data

Widget data is shared between the app and widget extension using App Groups, which is a secure, local-only data sharing mechanism provided by Apple. This data remains on your device.
